A Full Five Course Dinner prepared by Chef Jason Stevens with Wine Pairings by Vincent Senatore, Everybody's Wine Guy

Saturday, September 19th at the Texarkana Convention Center

Menu as follows:

6:30 PM
First Course
Imported and Domestic Cheeses served with Lavash Flatbread
Seared Day Boat Scallops with Tabbouleh Salad
Wine - Vincent’s Choice of Monkey Bay Sauvignon Blanc

7:00 PM DINNER service BEGINS in the dining room
Second Course
Moussaka with an Olive Tapenade, Served with Charred Crusty Bread
Wine – Vincent’s Choice of Rosé of Pinot Noir

Intermezzo
Watermelon Limonatta Gremolata

Third Course
Roasted Maple Leaf Farms Duck, Cheddar Grits, with a Blue Berry Compote
Wine- Vincent’s Choice of Handcraft Petite Syrah

Fourth Course
Grilled Lollipop Lamb Chops, with She-Crab Polenta, accented with a Cherry Demi-Glace
Wine- Cabernet Sauvignon

Fifth Course
Rosemary and Pine Nut Polenta Cake with Grilled Peaches
Wine – Tiziano Prosecco
