Perot Theatre owned by the City of Texarkana, Texas.

• TRAHC has had a management contract since February 1, 1980.
• TRAHC regularly advises the city on needs in the theatre.

Regional Arts Center owned by Bowie County, Texas.

• TRAHC has had a lease/purchase agreement since May 30, 1985.
• Responsibility for upkeep of systems in the building is TRAHC’s, although county is amenable to requests for support

ARTS on MAIN @ Stewart Title 218 Main Street owned by TRAHC, Inc.

• This building was donated by Stewart Title Company to TRAHC January 1, 2007.
