Latino Outreach Committee

The newest of TRAHC's outreach programs provides a window into the Latino community. Having participated in Occasional Thursday's in conjunction with Perot Theatre events and previous TRAHC festivals, the group now hosts a multi-cultural event under TRAHC's umbrella to broaden the scope of understanding that the Texarkana region has multiple Latino populations offering exciting visual and performing arts, not just Hispanic, which add a special flavor to our community.
