Staff

TRAHC staff is organized by administrative, programmatic and promotions function; five Directors provide leadership to staff in each area. As a small staff, functions overlap.

Mary Starrett

Administrative Director

Primary assistant to Executive Director in all administrative functions and overall operations of the corporation.  Liaison to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.  Coordinates all aspects of performing arts talent contracts. Maintains personnel records and oversees accounting operations.  Part of the management team responsible for program planning, implementation, evaluation.

Administrative Coordinator

Provides assistance to the Executive Director and Administrative   Director.  Responsible for contract preparation and tracking.  Programmatic responsibilities include coordination of the Arts on Main community art classes and TRAHC’s annual Arts Market.

Paula Watson

Bookkeeper

Responsible for all in-house accounting, including all accounts receivable and payable, contract record-keeping.  Assists with grant administration, prepares cash flow and budget.

Debbie Gilliam

Rental / Volunteer Coordinator

Schedules & coordinates rentals of Cabe Hall and other spaces in the RAC.  Maintain & coordinates front desk roster.  Oversees hospitality for TRAHC meetings and events.

ArtsSmart/Education Director

Director for the ArtsSmart program and school-related education programming.  Oversees administration of TRAHC’s ArtsSmart program, including supervision of staff artists and resident artists.  Part of the planning, program development, and evaluation and promotion team for education and related programs.

ArtsSmart Artist Consultant

Responsible for creating, documenting and tracking value for TRAHC’s ArtsSmart program.  Responsible for planning and implementation of training, workshops, arts integration support and all related areas within the program.

Program Assistant

Responsible for support of ArtsSmart staff and programming, including workshops, staff development, artist reservations, booking schools for student shows in the Perot Theatre, support for Best Practices, and all publicity efforts related to ArtsSmart.

Community Programs/Outreach Director

Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation and marketing of TRAHC’s community programs, including classes and visual arts. Coordinates contract tech staff for gallery exhibits and RAC after-hours.

Director of Operations

Responsible for physical maintenance of buildings and equipment, in particular technology.  Primary contact for Perot Theatre rentals.

Brian Goesl

Executive Director

CEO and Exec. Director of the council's corporation.  Responsible for strategic planning, programmming, administration of the council and interaction with local, state, federal agencies.  Provides leadership to develop, communicate and pursue TRAHC's vision and mission.  Positions TRAHC for community leadership through community partnerships.

Chandler Stewart Evans

Technical Director

Responsible for tasks associated with theatre operations.  Duties include contracting, oversight and training of stagehands; maintaining stage equipment and inventory; preparing technical requirements for touring productions.

Development & Marketing Director

Overall responsibility for the marketing, promotions, patron relations, and informational services of the Council. Handles group sales. Part of management team responsible for program plans, development, and evaluation.

Director of Audience Services & Graphics

Oversees all box office activity. Handles House Management duties including usher recruitment, training and supervision.  Primarily responsible for all graphic design for TRAHC programs.

Audience Services Manager

Primary “face” of TRAHC and Perot Theatre as Audience Services  Manager.  Responsible for direct handling of series and single ticket sales.  Assists with planning marketing, sales strategies, packaging and responsible for staffing box office.
